Refunds and Returns Policy
At MitSafe, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with our services and project milestones. Please review our updated Return and Refund Policy:
Milestone Payments: Each project is broken down into milestones for efficient tracking and client approval. Once a milestone is completed and approved, the payment for that milestone becomes non-refundable. This ensures that all completed work is fairly compensated.
Project Completion: If, at any point, you decide to discontinue the project, you will be eligible to receive all completed work up to the most recent approved milestone. Any payments made for completed milestones will cover the work done up to that point, and no additional refund will be issued for approved milestones.
Exceeding Work: If the work delivered exceeds the initially defined milestones, you may receive the additional work completed with the final project upon settling any remaining payments.
